3. CHAT is primarily a social group; however we also will offer educational opportunities, service activities, classes, or field trips as they are arranged by our members, as long as the activity fits with the above criteria.

4. CHAT is a member run group. This means that the Calendar Coordinator (a.k.a. "The Troll") is not responsible to arrange, plan  or to chaperon activities. The member who organizes the activity is responsible. They may ask any responsible parent to chaperon, including the Calendar Coordinator. The Troll may ask members to arrange activities for the group.  To avoid schedule conflicts, ALL activities must be coordinated and scheduled through the Calendar Coordinator. ( calendar.troll@gmail.com )  *We do not have a formal parent board; however we do have a core group of parents (of involved teens) who have volunteered to organize various aspects of CHAT.

5. All CHAT activities must have the approval of the Calendar Coordinator to be called an official CHAT event and to be listed in the CHAT e-mails.

6. CHAT event notification to the group as a whole is to be done only by the The Troll. Because of this, details for all planned CHAT activities must be submitted to the Coordinator by the 25th of each month. 

7. Ballroom Dance class information will be sent out in August and classes will begin between Labor Day and Sept 15, most likely.   Everyone who is interested may take the class.  Thus far, there has never been too many students signed up :-)   The dance class coordinator will be planning with the dance studio and most likely classes will be Mondays between the times of 10 am - 1 pm. They are 45 minute classes one day per week.
